Simply Asset Finance opens Liverpool office to expand national presence

The firm already has a presence in Glasgow and Belfast, alongside its headquarters in London. The Liverpool office will be home to its business development executive (BDE) team and will start with four employees, increasing its overall headcount to 139. 

Simply Asset Finance hopes to expand the number of people in its Liverpool office over time through opportunities within its sales department.  

The lender also wants to build on its relationships with commercial brokers to find solutions for small businesses in the North West and surrounding areas. 

The opening of its new office follows the business closing 2022 with £7.1m in profits and an additional £110m to its loan book during the 12-month period. 

Since it was launched in 2017, the company has provided more than £1bn in lending to small businesses. 

It also owns the platform Simply Connect, which is a management platform for its clients.
