Dussard leaves Hampshire Trust Bank after three years
Marcus Dussard, sales director at Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has departed from the role after three and a half years with the business.

In a LinkedIn post, Dussard said the “time has come for me to leave HTB and seek new opportunities. My last day with the company was on Friday”.

He added: “During my time as sales director, I had the privilege of leading an exceptional team that consistently achieved record DIPs, valuations, offers, and completion months. Together, we navigated challenging market conditions, including the impact of Covid and the mini Budget, to hit our growth targets.

“To my dedicated and hardworking sales team, you have been the backbone of our success, and leaving you behind fills me with mixed emotions. I firmly believe that success stems from the power of strong relationships, and our team’s perfect blend of hard work and camaraderie has been a driving force. My only hope is that I created an environment that enabled you to grow and be your authentic selves.”

Dussard said he was “excited to explore new opportunities” and “contribute to the growth of another team, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration”.

A spokesperson for HTB said: “Marcus Dussard has left the business to pursue new opportunities and we wish him all the best in his future career.”

The lender did not say whether the process to find Dussard’s replacement had started.
