Tab adds three new hires to management team
Tab has made three appointments to its senior management team.

Rikesh Saujani joins as investment director from Hervines Group, where he was a partner. He has previously worked in asset finance for Credit Suisse and as head of structured funding at TSB. Saujani will be tasked with overseeing the strategic investment of the group, delivering insight on institutional funding and business development opportunities.

Jon Sturgess joins as sales development director, where he will be responsible for building TAB’s sales strategies, driving revenue growth and hitting origination targets. Sturgess was previously head of intermediary sales at StrideUp, and has held the role of sales director at Masthaven and LiveMore Capital.

Finally, Matthew Hayes has been appointed to the role of head of finance. He joins from Shawbrook Bank, where Hayes was senior finance business partner.

TAB said that the appointments were aimed at positioning the business for future products and investment opportunities to be launched later this year, as it targets hitting the milestone of a £500m loan book next year.

The lender says it has written £365m in loans in the last four years.

Duncan Kreeger (pictured), CEO and founder of Tab, said that the lender’s team had a track record of delivering competitive offers for borrowers and these appointments were an extension of that.

He continued: “Rikesh, Jon and Matthew bring a wealth of experience and will add a huge amount of depth to our team as we continue to grow our business in a changing but exciting time for real estate.”

The appointments come after Tab joined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) as a patron.
