OSB Group shakes up leadership team
OSB Group has made changes to its leadership team to bolster its support for brokers across its Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance and InterBay brands.
The OSB Group has promoted Simon Cockerill (pictured, right) to group head of intermediary sales, while Emily Hollands (pictured, middle) will expand her remit in her role as group head of distribution.
Marc Callaghan will remain as head of specialist finance but will now focus on both the InterBay business and bridging.
All three will report to group intermediary director Adrian Moloney (pictured, left).
OSB Group has also created four key partner roles to report into Hollands. They will focus on distribution channels at management levels including networks, clubs, specialist distributors and key firms. Hollands will also lead the high net worth and retention teams.
The field and office-based business development managers at Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries will report into Cockerill to bring the sales teams under one lead and align regional support.
