Complex Buy To Let
Optimum Elite adds Landbay to panel
Buy-to-let (BTL) lender Landbay has been added to the Optimum Elite lender panel.
The commercial broker is based in Sheffield and works with firms across the UK. It launched four years ago and has since grown to support a network of brokers.
Optimum Elite said the addition of Landbay would further help its broker partners by giving them access to the BTL lender’s products.
Landbay is expecting growth in the BTL sector, as its recent survey suggested landlords were planning to expand their portfolios over the next year.
It also recently added to its like-for-like remortgage range with new two-year deals and lowered its stress testing across the offering.
Rob Stanton (pictured), sales and distribution director at Landbay, said: “Landbay continues to go from strength to strength through our focus on brokers and their clients. Joining the Optimum Elite panel will ensure that a wider range of brokers can access our specialist buy-to-let products, and we look forward to working closely with them.

“With their innovative tech and competitive product range, Landbay will be a fantastic addition and further strengthen our ability to enable brokers to support their clients in a wide range of circumstances.”
