The duo will work with the existing quality assurance team to “ensure customers consistently receive outstanding service” and will report directly to Richard Bond, Crystal Specialist Finance’s head of compliance.

The two appointments will help to “ensure exceptional performance standards as it caters for an increasing demand for its products and services”.

Meakin will work as a quality assurance officer, while Juliette Berry will take on the role of quality assurance assistant.

Meakin has a CeMAP qualification and joins the firm from Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), where she held a similar role.

Berry was previously at Overdot Marketing, where she was an account manager managing specialist projects.
