Pallas’s decision to join the BDLA takes its lender members to 55, representing a collective loan book of more than £13.7bn. Its total membership including associate firms is nearing 100.
Pallas Capital provides bridging and development finance across the UK, supporting borrowers and brokers across every stage of the property cycle.
Borrowers can apply for funds to acquire, refurbish and develop property, with refinancing options also available.
