The tool is available in Lendlord’s Compliance Hub and brings together information already held in a landlord’s portfolio to prepare a registration pack, flags missing details and identifies regional registration deadlines.
The ‘Register your rental property’ service will begin rolling out on regional basis from 15 December 2026, beginning in the West Midlands, and will eventually become a legal requirement for all landlords with rental properties in England.
Landlords must complete their registration through the government’s service, using the information prepared in Lendlord.
The service also manages registration notifications, due dates and renewal reminders across landlords’ portfolios.
It also alerts landlords when changes to their property or tenancy information require an update to the register.
