MS Lending Group said Pritchard’s addition to the team “makes a significant step in our growth strategy”.
Pritchard has worked at Glenhawk for the past four years, initially joining as the director of sales and then becoming the managing director of sales in 2024.
Prior to that, he was at Precise Mortgages for around seven years, most recently as the head of sales between 2015 and 2020. Before that, he was the national sales manager.
He also spent about six years at Principality Building Society, first as a regulated sales trainer and then as a business development manager (BDM) and interim head of intermediary sales.
In his role at MS Lending Group, Pritchard said he will “focus on expanding our intermediary network, strengthening our relationships with brokers, and delivering tailored short-term finance solutions to meet the evolving needs of property professionals”.

MS Lending Group offers commercial residential and non-residential bridging loans and was founded in 2021.
