
In his role, Shilton will focus on “identifying opportunities for business improvement and operational efficiencies, supporting Crystal’s long-term sustainability and commercial development”.
He has over 30 years of experience in financial services, working at Ocean Finance from 1997 to 2018.
During his tenure, Shilton worked his way up from general manager to CEO.
He has also worked as a consultant since 2018, and has been working with Crystal Specialist Finance since 2019.
