Wheeler will take on the role of regional account manager and Kelsey will be a concierge telephone account manager.
Wheeler joins from Pepper Money, where he was a regional development manager for around seven years. Before that, he spent around five years at Saffron Building Society.
Kelsey was most recently the head of sales for Yellow Stone Finance for around six years. Before that, he was a telephone business development manager (TBDM) for around two years.
