Madden will build strategic growth across the group as part of his new role, which will include driving higher value origination, client and partner relationships, business development, and new revenue streams.
He will also be working with Hiten Ganatra, managing director of Visionary Finance, and Justin Towse, managing director of Mortimer Street Capital, to manage and grow the teams effectively.
Madden joins from LendInvest, where he worked for over a decade, most recently as director of structured finance and syndication.
Before that, he worked at Gemini Consultant for nearly 11 years, initially as head of fund management and then as head of business development.
Mortimer Street Capital is a real estate debt advisory firm specialising in arranging structured finance, development loans, bridging and commercial facilities. It was launched by Visionary Finance in 2024.
