The firm reviewed its existing systems and decided to move its core client and case management onto the OMS platform. This will see its client data centralised, enhance case tracking and support consistent processes for advisers and lender partners.
OMS will support Brilliant Solutions’ day-to-day operations as a mortgage packager and club, adding that the use of a single CRM will improve information sharing and oversight, as well as support its growth plans.
