He brings more than 25 years of experience working in real estate finance to the role, including 17 years at RBS in various senior origination and structuring roles.
Mathews most recently worked in the private equity and private capital sectors, advising on and arranging finance for complex real estate transactions across Europe.
He has established relationships across the real estate sector and has a track record of structuring funding across residential, hospitality and complex development projects.
In his role at Tenn, Mathews will focus on originating and building a pipeline of commercial real estate lending opportunities, leveraging established relationships with borrowers, lenders, intermediaries and advisers while developing new connections to support the business’ growth.
