Landbay, the buy-to-let (BTL) lender, has announced the launch of its telephone sales team to support brokers and business development managers (BDMs).

The telephone sales team will support with the progression of applications from decision in principle (DIP) through to offer, helping cases move through the application process.

Landbay said the team will also engage with brokers who may not have recently worked with the lender to understand their businesses, lending requirements and the challenges they face in the specialist mortgage market.

The team is led by telephone sales manager Jon Braddick. Braddick has worked at Landbay for more than six years, having joined as an account manager in 2020 before becoming a BDM in 2022. Prior to Landbay, he held sales, account management and business development roles at Royal London and Aviva.

Supporting Braddick will be the team of Joe Newton, Varshan Subaskaran, Salma Betioui, Jon Braddick, Stephen Abolade and Ross Laurie (pictured, left to right).

Landbay said the members of the team had significant experience across the property and mortgage sectors, working as mortgage brokers, telephone BDMs and underwriters, as well as professionals with experience supporting landlords in both sales and servicing roles.
