The specialist buy-to-let (BTL) lender said this was achieved in one of the most difficult periods in the mortgage market’s recent history.
It noted that since it launched in 2022, Quantum Mortgages had seen the market go experience high inflation, rising interest rates, funding volatility, geopolitical uncertainty and increased regulatory pressure on landlords.
The lender said it managed to continue growing despite these challenges.
Jason Neale, chief executive of Quantum Mortgages, said this was a “major milestone” for the lender, adding: ” When we launched in 2022, we couldn’t have anticipated the scale of the economic and political challenges that would follow. To achieve this level of growth in such a difficult environment is something we’re incredibly proud of.
“This milestone reflects the hard work of our team, the support of our funding partners and, most importantly, the trust that brokers and their clients have placed in us. We’ve always believed there was room in the market for a lender that combines common-sense underwriting with a genuine understanding of professional landlords, and it’s rewarding to see that approach resonate so strongly.”

The lender has also established a long-term funding platform through its Bletchley Park Funding securitisation programme, which has completed three asset backed securitisation transactions, attracting interest from institutional investors.
Neale said the lender’s success was about more than lending volume.
He added: ” We’ve worked hard to build a scalable and sustainable platform, and the completion of three Bletchley Park Funding securitisations is an important part of that journey.
The continued backing from investors and funding partners reflects confidence in our underwriting, portfolio quality and long-term strategy. It gives us a strong foundation as we continue to grow and invest in the business.”
