The Guernsey-based investment management firm said the milestone reflects the diversification of its lending proposition, ongoing enhancements to its products, and a focus on delivering fast lending decisions.
The lender expanded into the UK resident market in December 2025.
It operates through its own RAW Mortgage Fund, which provides institutional and private investors with access to a portfolio of UK property-backed mortgage loans.
Ben Nichols (pictured), CEO of RAW Capital Partners, said: “For over 10 years now, we have been focused on scaling in a controlled, responsible way. Our lending has always been intertwined with the strength of the RAW Mortgage Fund, and in recent years, we have seen both sides grow at a healthy pace, consistently surpassing new milestones.”
The firm said growth had been supported by a series of product improvements, including allowing penalty-free overpayments, increasing maximum loan-to-value (LTV) limits and simplifying valuation requirements.

RAW Capital Partners added that its ability to offer speed and certainty of decision-making has been a key differentiator, supported by its funding model.
Nichols added: “Over the past year, we have really focused on how we can expand our lending proposition without compromising the qualities that we believe make us special: speed and certainty, and an ability to review every application on a case-by-case basis.
“This approach is bearing fruit, and it’s been really pleasing to see the company growing through a period of broader uncertainty.”
