England joins from Family Building Society and has previously held business development manager (BDM) roles at Coventry Building Society and Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. She will manage brokers across the Midlands.
Tom Gwilliam has been promoted internally after nearly three years as a telephone BDM. He will manage the North West region.
