Last week’s Mortgage Solutions poll revealed that the majority of intermediaries believe Kensington’s return to lending could pave the way for other distributors to follow suit.
More than two-thirds of you (68%) predicted the move would open the lending floodgates, while 32% were more cautious about revivals from other lenders.
This week’s poll asks whether there will be further consolidation in the building society sector following the merger between Chelsea and Yorkshire that was announced last week.
