Each week Mortgage Solutions picks the best reader contribution from our article comments and letters to the editor.

Each week we round-up the best comments, emails and letters to the site and pick one reader contribution as our Star Letter. This week’s award goes to:

Can bridging lenders get their own houses in order?

One guy that I met while networking has no problems doing a bridge to replace a bridge to replace a bridge, well you get the picture. And he is not a mortgage broker, rather a business consultant.

As he cannot recommend insurance it does leave the ‘client open’. What happens in the event of a complaint? Seriously, what would happen?

If it was John Q Broker doing it then despite it being non-regulated I suspect fines at the least.

It would be nice to see a linkup between the NACFB and maybe AMI on this one.
