Buy-to-let market ‘vulnerable’ to large scale fraud

The comments from Stephen Gilchrist sound alarming. Is this a scare story to promote legal services or is Stephen able to quote the percentage incidence of fraud provable?

I note the article refers to BTL when the research talks about the wider market.
