Abbey to pay advisers on quality from 2 July
Well this appears to be a challenge to the Mortgage Clubs & Networks to provide some training to ensure better quality business is submitted and thereby add value for their cut of the mortgage procuration fee paid.
Personally, I would prefer lenders to provide some kind of individual acknowledgment to brokers/introducers for the quality of the introduced lending on their mortgage books, but that’s another debate!
