Poll: Have lenders forgotten about second-time buyers?
A report from the Post Office has suggested that second-time buyers are still being forced to rely on financial support from friends or family in order to afford deposits.

This followed comments from AMI chief executive Robert Sinclair who said that mortgage lenders were hurting second and third movers with increasingly strict lending criteria, underlined by the lack of government support for equity poor homeowners.

The latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks whether second-time buyers have been forgotten about by the mortgage market amid rate wars at lower LTV levels and government schemes mainly targeting first time buyers.
