Poll: Are high fees scaring off mortgage customers?
A report earlier this week suggested that mortgage fees have hit a 25 year high, but are the large costs putting your clients off mortgages?
While some lenders have taken headline rates to historic lows, arrangement fees and other costs have continued to rise in the past few months
Moneyfacts reported that the fees have already risen by £112 this year, increasing from an average of £1,410 in January to £1,522 at the start of this month.
