Stephen Noakes, mortgage director at Lloyds Banking Group said the move will allow the bank to stay in step with the demands of the evolving Mortgage Market Review regulatory changes and offer better account information to customers.

Twelve months on from the migration, which was completed in one weekend, the move lifted 1,733,845 primary mortgage accounts from the HBOS platform to Unisys.

This included the transfer of 115,365,323 records involving 2,670,709 customers.

“Unisys and Lloyds secured a very successful outcome,” said Noakes.
