Specialist lender Mortgage Express has reached a lending business level of £10bn. The lender has had a record start to this year, completing over £800m of buy-to-let business in the first three months. Tim Dawson, managing director of Mortgage Express, said: ‘It is a tremendous achievement for us. We have always been clear about our commitment to specialist lending and our steady growth in niche segments has proved that we are on the right track.’
