Emily joined OSB Group, originally OneSavings Bank, in 2016 as a national account manager before moving into the role of head of national accounts. She then became head of specialist finance in 2021 and, more recently, group head of distribution.

Mark leads on private rented sector (PRS) research at Pegasus. He’s been delivering PRS related research for over 15 years. Carly has worked at companies including Standard Life Assurance, Advantage Home Loans and has been working at Aldermore for 13 years. Outside work, she enjoys good food and spending quality time with family.

Donna has worked in financial services since 2007 where she started her journey in customer service for Alliance & Leicester and then quickly progressed into a telephone adviser role.
In 2009, after the Santander takeover, she switched to a similar role based within a branch where she stayed for the next seven years. 2015 saw a change in direction when Donna landed her first BDM role in the intermediary market, working for a large mortgage brokerage Fluent Money, where she worked until 2019. She moved on to Hodge Bank, looking after brokers within the later life market in the Midlands, North of England and Scotland.
Donna joined Fleet Mortgage in November 2021 and is now a senior BDM covering the North West, supporting advisers within the specialist buy-to-let market.

Katy has been working in financial services since 2011, with first-hand experience in arranging mortgages, commercial finance and bridging loans both as a broker and within a packager.
This valuable experience enables her to understand the challenges brokers face when trying to place cases and ensure they are managed through to completion. Katy is a great asset to brokers in the Midlands, who will benefit from her experience and understanding of their role and the market.
Katy has been with Fleet since 2019 so has an in-depth knowledge of specialist buy-to-let lending, and was shortlisted as a finalist for BDM of the Year at the British Specialist Lending Awards.

Cardiff born and bred, James has over 20 years’ experience in mortgage distribution as a business development manager, national account manager, and latterly as national sales manager (specifically within specialist lending, buy-to-let, complex incomes and later life lending).
He is a highly experienced sales manager who has also been a regular contributor to financial services industry forums, group presentations and panel debates. He’s now putting his experience into good use creating a high-performing sales culture, and managing and nurturing Aldermore’s successful team of field business development managers in the South.
