Chay Collins is Group Head of Mortgage Proposition at OSB Group, where he leads proposition strategy across Residential, Buy-to-Let, Bridging and Commercial lending. His focus is on designing solutions that broaden access to finance, support specialist customer needs and deliver simpler, faster experiences for brokers and borrowers.
Chay has spent more than two decades working across banking and insurance, with roles spanning product leadership, credit policy, digital transformation and customer experience. His career includes senior positions at HSBC, Santander Private Bank and leading UK specialist lenders and challenger brands, giving him a front-row seat to how the mortgage and wider financial services landscape has evolved.
He is particularly passionate about innovation and responsible growth – from improving affordability support for real people to adopting technology and data in ways that enhance fairness, transparency and customer outcomes.

Michael is Group Head of Sustainability at OSB Group, a FTSE 250 specialist bank that focuses on helping underserved segments of the UK mortgage market. In his role, he leads the bank’s approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and its sustainability strategy, driving the integration of sustainability into business strategy and day-to-day operations.
With over a decade of senior-level experience across financial services, retail, manufacturing, global supply chains and ethical trade, Michael brings a wide-ranging perspective on how organisations can balance commercial performance with social and environmental responsibility. His career has taken him from developing ethical sourcing programmes in international supply chains to shaping sustainability strategies within complex, regulated financial institutions.
At OSB Group, Michael has led the implementation of the bank’s ESG Sustainability Strategy, translating ambition into practical action across climate, community and culture. He is particularly interested in how sustainability and risk intersect – helping businesses understand and respond to the systemic shifts reshaping markets, regulation and customer expectations.
Michael is known for his collaborative and pragmatic approach, combining strategic insight with a deep commitment to purpose-led business. He is passionate about creating positive change through finance and believes that the most successful organisations of the future will be those that view sustainability not as a compliance issue, but as a driver of innovation, resilience and long-term value.

Chris Newman is a strategic and values-driven leader with over two decades of experience in housing decarbonisation and energy efficiency, consistently focused on accelerating the domestic transition to Net Zero. His expertise are rooted in developing and delivering nationally significant retrofit products and services for individual dwellings, housing associations and local authorities across the UK.
For 19 years, Chris co-led Parity Projects from a start-up to a successful, award-winning organisation. In this role, he was instrumental in creating sector-leading solutions that have provided a Net Zero plan for every home in the country. He forged influential partnerships with local authorities covering half of the UK’s housing stock and 120 housing providers, influencing regional and national strategies for delivery at scale.
Since the company’s acquisition, as a Director at Cotality, Chris has continued to drive innovation, bringing new products to market for the financial sector and including climate risk metrics.
Chris served as Non-Executive Director for Ecology Building Society for a decade, where he chaired the Board Lending Committee.
A personal commitment to energy performance is underscored by his award-winning deep home retrofit project, most of which he carried out himself, which achieved exceptional energy performance and was shortlisted for multiple national awards for its Net Zero results.

The Green Living Reward offers customers cashback incentives for making energy-efficient improvements to their homes when they take out an eligible mortgage. This masterclass will:
- Explain what the Green Living Reward is and who qualifies
- Detail the cashback tiers:
- Up to £2,000 for a heat pump
- Up to £1,000 for solar panels or battery storage
- Up to £500 for insulation or windows
