Louis Kaszczak, head of corporate distribution at RBS Intermediary Partners, has left the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group.

Kaszczak, seen by many as a driving force behind the success of the First Active brand, told Mortgage Solutions he had left to pursue fresh challenges and was on gardening leave. He said he would not be deciding his next career move until the New Year.

Rob Davies, spokesman for RBS Intermediary Partners, said there was no news as yet on Kaszczak’s replacement.

Mortgage Solutions understands RBS Intermediary Partners is undertaking an internal restructure among its senior staff.
