UKV launches new AVM Insurance offering
UKValuation Ltd (UKV) has launched its new AVM insurance solution which is designed to provide indemnity insurance comparable with existing surveyors’ professional indemnity insurance.
It will be available via intermediaries and also directly to lenders.
Mark Witherspoon, chief executive of UKV, commented: “Some of our pipeline developments will significantly improve risk management in this area”.
