Under the agreement, Ashley Law will continue with its current IFA franchise proposition, while at the same time taking advantage of the Intrinsic Group’s scale, training and business support infrastructure.

Jock Cassidy, managing director of Ashley Law, said the move would give the IFA greater flexibility to pursue its objective of increasing the number of franchisees by 50% over the next year without the need to inject further capital.
