Goldsmith Williams urges brokers to sell HIPs
Conveyancing firm Goldsmith Williams has urged brokers to enhance their client service by selling Home Information Packs (HIPs).
A recent report from consumer group Which said HIPs purchased from property sales agents can cost up to £300 more than HIPs bought from a specialist provider.
The special cashback HIP from Goldsmith Williams costs £99 if the firm looks after the conveyancing on the sale of the client’s existing home and the purchase of their new property.
Eddie Goldsmith, senior partner at Goldsmith Williams, said the special cashback HIP provided a significant cost saving that brokers can make for clients without any great effort at a time when consumers are under financial pressure.
Goldsmith added: “The cashback HIP is an excellent opportunity for brokers to save money for their clients by delivering a service that clients will not expect. In our experience, the overwhelming majority of clients who buy a HIP from Goldsmith Williams qualify for at least a £50 cashback, which makes our HIP deal by far the cheapest on the market.”
