The deal is part of OpenConvey’s strategy to target larger intermediary and estate agency groups in 2010.

OpenConvey said it has seen more interest from large firms such as Stack & Bonner, who want to offer their clients a conveyancing service and want to have a facility to track progress up to completion of all cases at any time with a full audit trail.
