Hot Topic of the Week – Do we need to save fast track?
Homeloan Partnership has called for the FSA to introduce a middle ground for fast track rather than see it banned for being perceived as self-cert by another name.
Does the industry need a middle ground for fast track, such as limiting its availability to networks and firms of proven quality?
Or is the FSA right to ban it because it has been used by brokers as a substitute for self-cert?
