Abbey adds mortgage application changes after adviser feedback
Abbey For Intermediaries (AFI) said broker feedback has driven some changes designed to help it communicate better with brokers, including changes to its Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS) system.
From 26 September, advisers will be able to add the name of a second company member, like an administrator, who will also receive MATS messages on the case.
At log in, applications will be security protected, so brokers will need to offer the case reference number and the client’s postcode.
Further case tracking improvements are in the pipeline, said AFI.
“Over the next few months we will be upgrading the case tracking facility on MATS so we can continue to improve the service we offer to you, said Miguel Sard, managing director, Abbey For Intermediaries.
