Stagg joined Stagg Mortgage Services aged 18 in an administrative support role, before progressing into case management, adviser support and operational development.
Over this time, she has played a role in shaping the firm’s client journey, internal processes and adviser training.
As growth director, Stagg will focus on strategic expansion, strengthening adviser development, enhancing the firm’s client experience and supporting wellbeing and community initiatives across the business.
The firm said she had an “exceptional ability to blend commercial thinking with genuine care for people”, adding it was “incredibly proud of the leader she’s becoming”.
Stagg will also retain her existing responsibilities as social media and officer manager.
