The Loughborough recently launched a mortgage origination platform for advisers with an integrated credit decisioning platform. The platform allows advisers to carry out soft credit checks during the decision in principle stage, helping to protect applicants’ credit scores.
The society also has a suite of intermediary-focused affordability calculators, including the most recent addition, a Universal Credit Calculator, to help with the assessment of affordability for clients receiving Universal Credit and other benefits.
The Right Mortgage AR firms can register with The Loughborough to access its full product range, benefit from its online mortgage portal, and explore a comprehensive library of supporting documents.
