Phoebus’ partnership ecosystem is made up of a wide range of suppliers that offer “non-core functionality” integrated to Phoebus, servicing through application programming interfaces (APIs).
By teaming up with Consectus, customers can access several advanced features, including being able to view mortgage and savings account information online and through mobile apps and delivering full branch teller functionality.
The branch teller functionality covers integration with existing branch technologies such as passbook printers, “creating a streamlined and efficient user experience”.
Neil Dyke, chief technology officer at Phoebus Software, said: “For many years, Phoebus has used APIs to provide data to our clients that have their own borrower and saver portals and mobile applications. These APIs are already widely used by specialist banks, lenders, and equity release providers. However, as we continue to grow within the building society, lending, and savings sectors, this partnership with Consectus will allow us to focus on driving operational efficiencies through our digital core servicing offering.
“This will be highly beneficial for both Phoebus and our clients, enabling them to offer customers and members modern self-service capabilities and improved branch technology, while we remain dedicated to our core mission of delivering scalable and proven servicing solutions.”
