This includes the appointment of Charly Scholes as business development manager (BDM), covering the East England region.
She was previously in a similar role at Suffolk Building Society for nearly seven years.
Scholes will focus on the principal areas of Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Hemel Hempstead, Ipswich, Luton, Milton Keynes, Norwich, St Albans, Stevenage, Slough and Southend-on-Sea.
BDM Jo Silcox has seen her remit expand to extend from Newport to Hereford, while Cara Thompson will take on the South West of England following Alan Browning’s retirement.
