Pallett, who retired from Nottingham Building Society this year after four decades in mortgages and financial services, will support the mutual’s growth in specialist lending, shaping its propositions, distribution and improvements to its process.
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Nottingham Building Society, LiveMore Capital, and Bank of Ireland, with a strong focus on intermediary sales, broker partnerships, and specialist lending growth.
In 2024, Pallett was recognised with the Bharat Sagar Lifetime Achievement Award at the British Mortgage Awards.
Industry veteran Danny Belton is also on the panel.
The lending advisory panel meets regularly to review and advise on initiatives to strengthen the mutual’s position in the market and serve brokers.
