This applies to two- and five-year fixed mortgage rates at 60%, 65% and 75% loan to value (LTV).
The rate changes go live on 14 August.
This includes a five-year fix up to 60% LTV for house purchase with a £1,995 fee and free standard valuation, which is now priced at 4.06%, down from 4.12%.
There is also a two-year fix at 75% LTV for remortgage, which has been reduced from 4.42% to 4.36%. This has a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal service.
Accord Mortgages has also cut the rate of a five-year fix up to 60% LTV from 4.22% to 4.16%. This product is available for remortgage with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal service.

The lender is also extending end dates to 30 November.

TSB reduces mortgage rates by 0.1%
TSB has lowered selected residential mortgage rates.
This includes its three-year fixed house purchase range up to 85% LTV, where rates have been cut by up to 0.1%.
Pricing starts at 3.94% up to 60% LTV with a £995 fee, or 4.19% with no fee, and goes up to 4.19% at 80-85% LTV with a £995 fee and 4.49% with no fee.
Its fee-free five-year fixes for house purchase at 90-95% LTV have been lowered by 0.1%.
This product is now priced at 4.79% with a £995 fee and 4.89% with no fee.
Earlier this week, TSB said it would reduce its homeowner and BTL variable rates following the base rate cut.
