In the role, Griffiths will strengthen broker relationships and support the lender’s continued growth within the region.
Griffiths joins from Nomo, where he was a BDM for around a year. Before that, he was a self-employed proprietor at Smart Reclaim Services for around five years.
Prior to that, he was a business development director at Morgan Clark Loss Assessors for around two years. Before that, he was the head of sales at Pass the Keys for around a year.
