The partnership will add plots from 25 Lovell Homes developments across England and Wales. giving greater choice and flexibility to aspiring new-build homeowners.
New Build Boost is administered by Gen H in partnership with selected housebuilders, including Persimmon and Charles Church.
The equity loan scheme only needs a 5% deposit and is used mainly by first-time buyers. The loan is frozen for five years and is interest-free forever.
The deal ups purchasing power by an average of 18% over conventional mortgages, worth around £50,000 for a typical household.
