Access Financial Services (FS), the mortgage and protection brokerage, has opened a new hub in Canary Wharf, London’s iconic financial district.

In an office recently vacated by JPMorgan, Access FS is opening the new hub in Canary Wharf, which will provide a central base for advisers working in and around London and the South East of England.

Situated on South Quay in the Sierra Quebec Bravo building, it is a modern collaborative workspace for advisers, with flexible office space. It also includes a ground-floor lounge, gym, secure cycle storage, showers and views of the iconic city. Access FS said the move reflects the firm’s continued growth and ambition in supporting its expanding team. It gives Access FS another high-quality working environment in a key financial centre to continue its growth, which last year saw 40% revenue growth.

The new hub offers facilities to meet advisers’ demands for professional environments that foster collaboration, productivity and client service excellence.

Karl Wilkinson, the founder and CEO of Access FS, reaffirmed this and said: “As a fast-growing brokerage – the mortgage division grew by about 40% last year – Access FS is keen to grow our bricks-and-mortar footprint and strengthen our position in the capital. This is why we’re really pleased to be adding a new office in Canary Wharf to our portfolio.

“Part of this is listening to the team. Our experienced advisers in and around the capital have told us they want a state-of-the-art base to connect, share best practices, and better serve their clients. The need a modern, collaborative workspace.

“But this also underlines our commitment to London as a vital market for mortgages and protection.”

Wilkinson added: “We see this hub as an important step in our wider growth journey. We need to offer our advisers the tools and support to deliver outstanding service to clients and I like to think this highlights the strength of our model and the appeal of partnering with Access FS.”

The expansion follows a period of significant recruitment at Access FS, with more advisers choosing to join its brand. The company now works with over 280 advisers nationwide.

Access FS also launched a specialist finance division in October 2025.
