It has also appointed Jon Round as its first chair, tasked with leading its board and risk and audit committee.
He has over 30 years of senior leadership experience in UK financial services, as well as experience on a board.
Round has worked across finance, compliance and relationship development functions and most recently, led the growth of Primis Mortgage Network and TMA Mortgage Club.
Since its launch in 2021, Pivotal has acquired 25 advice firms and Pivotal Financial Limited will be the closed DA structure which provides its appointed representive (AR) firms with regulatory and governance oversight.
