Twenty7tec has appointed Daniel Edmonson as its national sales manager, expanding its sales team as it grows its presence in the market.

Edmonson was previously senior strategic partnerships manager at Advise Wise, where he developed partnerships and supported forms with access to specialist and later life mortgage solutions.

He has also held business development and distribution roles across the lending sector, including nearly four years at Pure Retirement.

At Twenty7tec, Edmonson will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving the adoption of Twenty7tec’s technology and supporting the company’s growth across the intermediary market.

Edmonson (pictured) said he was “delighted” to be joining Twenty7tec at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

He added: “Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping advisers and firms embrace technology that drives efficiency, improves customer outcomes, and supports business growth.

“Having worked with Twenty7tec throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand the impact its technology has on advisers and firms across the market. The opportunity to now be part of that journey was one I couldn’t pass up.

“What excites me most is the opportunity to work closely with our partners and customers, build strong relationships across the industry, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.”

Adam Newman, head of sales at Twenty7tec, said: “Daniel brings a wealth of experience to the team, and his reputation within the industry speaks for itself. Our paths have crossed several times over the years, and I have always admired his professionalism, expertise, and approach to building strong customer relationships.

“As we continue to grow and invest in our sales function, bringing in talent of Daniel’s calibre is incredibly important. I’m personally thrilled to have him join the team and look forward to seeing the impact he will make as part of our next phase of growth.”

This year, the firm has hired Nick Wakeham as its head of data sales and Kate Buckley as its chief revenue officer.
