Mather will lead residential mortgages, with responsibility for developing the mutual’s proposition and customer experience.
Kettle will lead buy-to-let (BTL), supporting the mutual’s ambition to strengthen and grow its specialist lending offer.
With senior leadership experience at NatWest, Mather brings a strong track record across mortgages, customer journeys, customer servicing and business transformation. Meanwhile, Kettle joins from LendInvest, where she progressed to commercial director, bringing extensive expertise in mortgage distribution, BTL and specialist lending.
