Myhouseprice delivers house prices at the click of a button
Myhouseprice.com has revamped its online service to provide instant access to the sale price of property throughout the UK.
Launched in 2002, the service was restricted to sales in Scotland, but after its success the company has decided to expand, said Dan Cookson, director of Myhouseprice.com.He said: “We are delighted to launch our service in England and Wales, having had such a positive response for the service in Scotland.
“In the current property climate, it is crucial for house buyers and sellers to be one step ahead when making offers or pitching the price of the property being sold. Myhouseprice.com provides them with a unique and accurate service for finding out how much other properties have sold for.”
Cookson added: “Using powerful and intuitive address and map searching, users can easily find individual property prices for any area they wish. Detailed house price analysis and area profiling at the local level will also soon be available.
“Previously, consumers would have to rely on the relatively crude sample based indicators such as average house price currently published by various banks, estate agencies and online property information services.”
