The range includes improved buy-to-let and self-cert mortgage deals, with buy-to-let rental cover of 115% offered on tracker products. Self-cert fixed-rate deals start at 5.19% with a maximum loan-to-value of 85%.

As part of the launch, intermediaries will receive a £100 bonus procuration fee for every application that goes on to complete.
