Cambridge BS relaunches intermediary proposition
Cambridge Building Society has relaunched its intermediary channel range following recent restrictions on lending.

After an encouraging start to the year the mutual was forced to cease offering mortgages through the majority of brokers on its panel in August in order to maintain service levels.

However, the lender is now able to return to the whole of the broker market and will offer a new range of products on all properties in the east of England.

Products include a two-year fix at 4.19% available up to 90% LTV, with combined application and completion fees of £999.

Andy Lucas, commercial director at the Cambridge said: “We wanted to launch back into the intermediary market with a new range of products and we are confident that this range will appeal to intermediaries looking to place business in the east of England.”
